Cancellation Policy

Thank you for being a client at Bare Bronze Beauty! In order to keep our relationship strong, I want to take the time to spell out our cancellation policy so there is never a question about what is expected on both of our parts. Your appointments are very important to me, and this time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unplanned issues can come up; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 HOURS NOTICE if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.


Bare Bronze Beauty prides itself on high quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on one sessions and sanitation after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything: you don’t want to infringe upon another client's appointment.

  • If you need to make changes to your appointment, please give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE. A quick call or text is appreciated.   • LATE ARRIVALS- If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be seen for the remainder of your service time depending on your scheduled treatment, and a portion of your service will be omitted so your skin specialist can end on time and not be late for their next appointment. You will still be charged for the entire appointment.

  • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES- that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.

  • “NO-SHOW” OR “NO-CALL”- appointments will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service. This includes gift certificate, voucher holders and bookings for prepaid packages). As a small business, this cancellation policy gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment and avoid loss of revenue which occurs with last minute cancellations and no-shows.  We reserve your appointment time for you and when you don’t show for your appointment, we loose out on revenue.
